Birban Singh Rawat, the visionary behind HillyFoods, is driven by a strong commitment to transform the horticulture landscape of Uttarakhand. With a deep-rooted connection to his homeland, his mission is to reduce post-harvest losses, promote sustainable farming, and deliver genuine, chemical-free products directly from the farm to consumers. \n\nA former engineer with the Ministry of Defence, Mr. Rawat left a prestigious government role to follow his true calling \u2014 uplifting farmers and showcasing the natural bounty of the Himalayas. Inspired by the potential of his native soil and the struggles of local growers, he established HillyFoods to bring authentic, high-quality produce from his own orchards in Himachal and Uttarakhand to every household.

In the early 1960\u2019s late Mr Raje Singh Rawat and Mrs Maheshwari Rawat started an apple orchard in village Nandpur, distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh with 200 apple trees but with their handwork and\u00a0 <\/span>dedication towards agriculture the orchard multiplied into a state of art farm with different temperate fruit varieties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To continue the legacy one more apple orchard was established in Basana Gaon, distt. Tehri, Uttarakhand by second generation farmer Mr Birban Singh Rawat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Being in temperate fruit business for more than 50 years our vision thorough Hilly Foods is to provide best quality fruit processed products.<\/p>\n
